B. Harikumar

Mridangam player Harikumar comes from a great tradition of percussionists. He is a disciple of Velukkuti Nair, a foremost disciple of Palghat Mani Iyer. He is a grade A artist from the All India Radio, Trichy. He has accompanied many talented musicians, most recently T. N. Seshagopalan and T. V. Sankaranarayanan in their North American concert tours. He has toured around the world with leading artists. With his enthusiasm he makes the whole concert lively and creates an unforgettable impression on the minds of the listeners.
